STANDARD CONDO

The Standard Condo is custom made and is 36"h x 36"w x 30"d, and Standard Plus 32"h x 44"w x 28"d.  It will accommodate one or two adult cats very comfortably and is furnished with beds, lambskin bed fillers or hand made knitted blankets, towels, toys, food and water dishes along with a standard litter box which is housed under a child size table. The table enables the cat(s) to be above the floor of the condo should they so desire with plenty of overhead space. We have 18 condos available. The rate for a Standard Condo is $21.50 a day for one cat and $16.50 a day for each additional cat.

If a single cat boards during our busy times of the year in a double, there will be a charge for both condos.​

Extended Stay Discount:
​29 to 60 days – $1.00 discount per cat per day / 61 or more days – $2.00 discount per cat per day

DELUXE CONDO

 

A Deluxe Condo is twice the size of the Standard Condos. It will accommodate two to four cats very comfortably and is also furnished with bunk beds or side by side beds, blankets, tables, toys, as well as furnish platforms for the cats to perch on or sleep on. tel where. The rate for a Deluxe Condo is $25.50 for one cat, $16.50 for each additional cat up to four. In addition there is a one time Waste Disposal Fee: $5.95 per cat. The Deluxe Condo will not accommodate more than four cats. These will be limited during high peak times.

MEGA DELUXE CONDO

Three times the size of the standard condo. It will accommodate three to six cats very comfortably and will be furnished with a bed , and an extra lounging bed, (bunk beds if needed for multiple cats), blankets, tables, and toys. The rate for a Super Deluxe Condo is $34.50 per day, $16.50 for each additional cat up to six. In addition there is a one time Waste Disposal Fee: $5.95 per cat. These will be very limited at high peak times.
